Account Export & Deletion

Effective 7 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-07.1

Access, export, and correction

Email support@flaviothomi.com to ask whether InvitedRaters processes your personal data, receive an accessible or machine-readable copy where applicable, or correct inaccurate account or public-profile information. Describe the requested data or correction and include relevant page links so the request can be scoped safely.

Account deletion

Signed-in members can begin removal from their profile. If you cannot sign in, email support. Removal scrubs account identifiers and private profile fields, deletes private ratings and votes, revokes credentials and sessions, and anonymizes public contributions when retaining the surrounding discussion, edit history, moderation record, or aggregate score is necessary.

Identity verification

We verify that a requester controls the account or is otherwise entitled to the data before disclosing, changing, or deleting it. We use the least intrusive reasonable method and will not ask for passwords, passkey secrets, or recovery codes. A public-person request may require evidence of identity or authority proportionate to the risk.

Timing

We target a substantive response and completion within 30 days after a request is verified. We will explain if complexity, conflicting rights, or applicable law requires more time or a narrower result.

Anonymized contributions, backups, and holds

Anonymized public contributions can remain without a link to the removed account so discussions, source histories, moderation records, and score integrity remain understandable. Rotating backups can retain deleted data for up to 30 additional days and are restored only for disaster recovery. A documented legal or safety hold can delay deletion for the recorded scope; it is reviewed at least every 90 days and expires no later than one year after creation unless a new lawful basis and review are recorded.

More detail appears in the Privacy Notice. Correction and takedown requests concerning a public page are explained in Corrections & Takedowns.
