InvitedRaters policy

Corrections and Takedowns

Effective 7 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-07.1

How to request a review

Members should use the report control on the relevant profile or contribution. Anyone, including a non-member or a person discussed on the site, can email support@flaviothomi.com. The email route is also appropriate when a public report would reveal sensitive information.

What to include

Provide the exact page URL and material at issue, the correction or outcome requested, why it is inaccurate or unlawful, reliable supporting sources, relevant dates, and whether you are the named or depicted person or an authorized representative. Include only the minimum sensitive information needed.

Privacy, safety, identity, and copyright

Clearly identify urgent safety risks, exposed private data, impersonation, non-consensual intimate material, or a copyright claim. A copyright notice should identify the protected work, the challenged material and URL, the rights holder or authority to act, contact details, and a good-faith statement. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or identity documents unless we specifically request a proportionate verification step.

Verification

We may ask for additional facts or a limited method of verifying identity, authority, ownership, or source reliability. An email address alone is not proof that an account represents a public person. If verification is not reasonably possible, we will assess the available evidence and explain any resulting limitation where we can.

Review and outcomes

We record the request, preserve a suitable audit trail, assess urgency and visibility, and consider accuracy, context, public interest, privacy, safety, copyright, and applicable law. We may correct source data, add context, limit visibility, anonymize, remove material, leave it in place, or act on an account. We will communicate the outcome through an available private channel unless law, safety, or another person's privacy prevents it.

Appeals

Members can use the appeal workflow when one is offered. Other requesters may reply to the outcome email with the decision reference, the part they contest, and any new evidence. A different reviewer will be used where reasonably available.

Search-engine copies

Removing or changing material on InvitedRaters does not instantly remove search-engine caches, screenshots, archives, or third-party copies. We update our own page and indexing signals, but the requester may also need to use the relevant third party's removal process.

Personal-data requests are also covered by the Privacy Notice and Account Export & Deletion page.
