What support covers

Contact support about invitation or account access, passkeys and recovery, suspected compromise, privacy rights, account export or deletion, public-profile corrections, takedowns, safety reports, copyright, appeals, accessibility, and technical problems. Include the relevant page URL, approximate time, device or browser when useful, and a concise description of what happened.

Send information safely

Include only what is needed to understand the request. Never email a password, passkey secret, recovery code, payment data, or unnecessary identity document. If sensitive verification is required, we will first explain what is needed and why.

Urgent safety concerns

Put “Urgent safety” in the subject and identify the page and immediate risk. InvitedRaters is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch help; contact local emergency services when someone faces imminent danger.

Response times

Safety, security, privacy, and legal requests are prioritized according to urgency and applicable deadlines. There is no guaranteed response time for general questions or feature suggestions, but monitored requests are reviewed as capacity allows.
